Step 1 — Contact us

Send a message or call us. Include your state, whether you’re a business or individual, and what you need help with (bookkeeping, taxes, catch-up, formation/licensing).

Step 2 — Share a quick overview

  • Client type: business / individual
  • State(s): where you operate
  • Need: QuickBooks bookkeeping, tax filing, payroll, sales tax, formation/licensing
  • Time period: starting date or backlog period
  • Deadline: any upcoming filing date

Step 3 — Common documents & access

Exact requirements depend on your case. Below is the most common list.

For bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

  • Access to QuickBooks Online (if you have it)
  • Bank/credit card statements (or bank connection)

For tax returns

  • W-2 / 1099 (if applicable)
  • Key income/expense documents
  • Business records for payroll/sales tax if applicable

For formation/licensing

  • Desired business type (LLC/Corp)
  • State of registration
  • Short business description (for licensing)

Step 4 — We confirm the plan and begin

We’ll ask a few clarifying questions, confirm scope, and then proceed with a clear workflow and deliverables (clean books, filings, CPA-ready year-end package).
